Special Rug Raffle

On display at the Library this summer is a beautiful hydrangea rug made by Truro resident B.J. Allen.

Along with her many civic accomplishments, "B.J." (Elizabeth J.) Allen, who passed away in late 2011, was a very talented needleworker.  Her family generously donated this needlepoint rug, which will be raffled as a benefit to the Library she loved.  Tickets can be purchased at the Library, and the lucky winner will be announced during Truro Treasures Weekend.
