AUGUST IS A GREAT MONTH AT CASTLE HILL!
Castle Hill has some very exciting happenings for the month of August, starting with a lecture by Judy Pfaff, who is the 2012 Woody English Distinguished Artist and Writer's Chair. She will give a lecture on Wednesday, August 1st, at the Wellfleet Congregational Church. Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door.
Thursday, August 2nd: Opening reception Preview of the Silent Auction! Come
see the great works donated by more than 150 artists. Time: 4 – 6 p.m. at the Castle Hill Gallery. Free admission.
Saturday, August 11th: The Castle Hill Silent Benefit Auction. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Preview all day, 1 - 4 p.m.
Monday, August 13th: Dinner with Mark Bittman, a benefit for 12 Meetinghouse Road! Only 12 tickets left, so get them early!! $200 for members, $250 for non-members.
Many, many more great workshops throughout the summer in painting, printmaking, sculpture, clay, photography, and classes for teens and children.
