Join the fun at the kids' table at the Truro Ag Fair, Sunday, Sept. 4 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. We’ll be making corn-husk people.
Join Maggie at the kids’ craft table at the school during Truro Treasures on Sunday, Sept. 18 from Noon until 2 p.m. Listen to a story about our own Cape Cod Light and make your own lighthouse to take home.
Truro Tots Playgroup (ages birth to 3 years, with parent or caregiver) will meet on Mondays, starting October 3 from 9-11a.m.
The Truro Library Book Group meets the last Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. All are welcome.
Ken Hawkey is exhibiting “Heritage Preserved,” new works that celebrate the historic character of Truro throughout September in the library’s Anne H. Brock Community Room. All are invited to the free opening reception on Sunday, September 4 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Tues., September 13 – Reading by Cape poet Barry Hellman from his new chapbook, The King of Newark
Sat., September 17, 10 a.m. - Kiki Latimer shares her journey from her childhood in Upstate New York to the streets of India to the mountains of Haiti. A slide presentation brings young people into the island world of Haiti; and she will also present her three children's books: Islands of Hope, The Waterfire Duck and Bubble Butt! The Challenged Sea Turtle of Mystic Aquarium.

Tues., September 27 – Naturalist David Clapp: Nature’s Migrations on Cape Cod, 6:30 p.m.
