The Cape Cod Highland Lighthouse opened for the season on May 14th and we are looking forward to another great season.

The 7th Annual Ocean-to-the-Bay 5 mile run /walk was held on May 28th, and with fair weather and a record turnout our event was a big success. For race results and photos go to capecodlight.org.

Anniversaries

Just a reminder, on August 7th, we will be celebrating the 15th Anniversary of the Saving of Highland Light and also the 50th Anniversary of the Cape Cod National Seashore. We will have guest speakers from the Cape Cod National Seashore, Boston Light, Truro Historical Society, and the Highland Links.  There will be a wreath laying ceremony at the original site of the lighthouse to celebrate the lives saved due to the presence of Highland Light. Cake will be served all day. We hope you will join us at 2:00pm on August 7th.

Full Moon Tours

Full Moon Tours are available each month through October. Admission is on a first-come first-serve basis, and there is a $5.00 admission fee. Children must be 48” tall to climb the lighthouse stairs. For the tour schedule see www.capecodlight.org.
