Make Your Website Work Harder
The Truro Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Truro Public Library, is presenting two workshops on website marketing. The first, "Make your website work harder", puts the focus on general business issues. It will be held on Tuesday, January 4th, 6PM in the Anne H. Brock Community Room at the Truro Library. The second workshop, geared for artists, will be held on Tuesday, January 18th, 6PM, also at the Library. Please check our web site, www.trurochamberofcommerce.com, for more information.
These workshops will be facilitated by Sarah Johnson, a web content strategist and website designer/programmer with 20+ years in both marketing and technology. She focuses on the "usability" of a website and creating the best "user experience" to help achieve your online business goals. She has worked in marketing and technology at Bank of America, Fidelity Investments, Mullen Advertising, Sundance institute Arts Writing Program, YMCA of the USA Arts and Humanities, as well as other leading advertising and in-house agencies. Visit www.etruro.com/ for more information.
This is a great opportunity for novices and experienced webfolks to sharpen their skills. There is no charge for these sessions, and we will offer more if there is interest. If you can make either of these, please RSVP to Jane Peters by e-mail at info@trurochamberofcommerce.com or phone the library at 508-487-1125.
