1st Half FY2011 Tax Bills Due
Real Estate and Personal Property preliminary tax bills for the 1st half of FY 2011 were mailed out on November 22, and payments are due December 22, 2010.
The Assessor's office reminds you that this is a revaluation year, so revised property values have not yet been approved by the Mass. Department of Revenue.
The 2nd half tax bills will be mailed in the spring and will be due May 1, 2011. These bills will reflect the revised property values and tax rate, and amount due less payments made.
